The approach

Evidence-based methods, organized by a clear philosophy and a practical aim: a mind you can rely on.

Methods

How I work

A blend of complementary frameworks, drawn on as your situation calls for them.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

A structured, research-supported method for understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact, then changing the patterns that keep you stuck. It is practical, present-focused, and built on skills you keep.

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)

Cognitive restructuring and emotional discipline. We identify the rigid demands and distortions beneath distress, then replace them with rational, flexible beliefs that hold up under pressure.

Reality Therapy

An honest, accountable look at the choices in front of you. We focus on what you can actually do, taking responsibility for your behavior and aligning daily actions with the life you want.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

A forward-looking approach that builds on your existing strengths and small wins. Rather than dwelling on the problem, we map concrete, achievable steps toward the future you want.

Psychodynamic & psychoanalytic concepts

Insight-oriented work that looks beneath the surface at recurring patterns, early influences, and the motives that shape behavior outside of awareness. Understanding the roots makes lasting change possible.

Stoic principles

A 2,000-year-old framework for steadiness. It distinguishes what is within your control from what is not, and meets hardship with reason and resolve rather than avoidance.
